Custom Thin Kerf Bandsaw Milling, and Wide Chainsaw Milling
Thin kerf bandsaw sawmills are superior to outdated circular mills. Bandsaw blades are much thinner than circular mills and can save up to ¼” of wood per every cut. Bandsaws are also capable of higher production and flatter boards, resulting in easier to work with materials of a higher quality.
We work with a circular mill only when rustic circular sawn beams are desired for their distinct rustic character.
We also offer wide double-powerhead chainsaw milling with some of the biggest chainsaws in the world. This system takes the kerf equivelant to a circular mill but is capable of widths up to 8’ wide!
We often come across large straight grained and burled logs that we saw with the quality and precision of a diamond cutter. These boards are generally sold off the mill as green lumber for very low pricing.
If we do not have the tree you want, we have a vast selection of standing trees yet to be harvested, which we can log and saw customized to your tailored needs.
